Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist will oversee interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant-tracking data, and hiring logistics for a range of technical and non-technical positions, with a focus on engineering and renewable energy disciplines. This role will also perform initial intake interviews for a range of technical and non-technical positions. Beyond recruiting, this role also provides administrative support for learning & development programs and performance review cycles, helping keep Revamp's people programs organized and running smoothly end-to-end.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Interview Scheduling + Candidate Experience
- Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews across time zones—managing calendars, interviewer availability, video links, and any travel logistics.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes to keep hiring on track.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a responsive, inclusive, and welcoming experience at every touchpoint.
- Prepare and send candidate confirmations, interview agendas, and follow-ups.
- Gather and route interviewer feedback promptly to support timely decisions.
Recruiting + Screening Support
- Support sourcing and outreach for assigned roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and similar tools to build healthy candidate pipelines (under the direction of senior talent acquisition staff).
- Perform preliminary screening interviews to confirm qualifications and role fit, escalating borderline cases to senior recruiters.
- Write and update job descriptions and postings with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Provide day-to-day support to recruiters and hiring managers on assigned requisitions (open roles), including coordinating intake meetings, debriefs, and other recruiting touchpoints.
- Build professional relationships that keep hiring teams organized and informed.
Onboarding + Learning Support
- Support offer preparation, background-check initiation, and pre-boarding in partnership with recruiters and HR.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics—equipment shipments, in-person orientation events, new-hire core training, and 90-day review scheduling.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for training, workshops, and L&D programs (including Foundations, our new-hire orientation program).
- Manage program enrollment and learning records, and track training completion and attendance.
- Support L&D staff and facilitators day to day, and help prepare content and resources.
Systems, Data, + Reporting
- Keep candidate and requisition records accurate and current in the applicant tracking system (BreezyHR), and post, update, and close job openings across the ATS, careers page, and job boards.
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to EEO laws and merit-based hiring standards.
- Compile and report recruiting, L&D, and performance-cycle metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, interview volume, scheduling turnaround, training completion).
- Help improve recruiting, L&D, and performance processes and the overall employee experience.
Additional Duties Include:
- Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR administrative, scheduling, or talent coordination role (corporate or agency).
- Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of concurrent meetings, interviews, or comparable logistics—from an internship, job, campus, or volunteer setting.
- Working proficiency with calendar/scheduling tools and comfort scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service mindset toward candidates and hiring teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and scheduling/calendaring tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and committed to operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience incorporating principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into candidate experience while maintaining strict adherence to all applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and merit-based hiring standards.

Preferred
- Prior exposure to the renewable energy or utility power industry or recruiting for other technical/niche engineering roles.
- Prior experience supporting learning & development such as course content creation and L&D program administration.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and performance management tools.
- HR/talent-acquisition coursework, or certification in progress or completed (aPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience creating or improving process workflows based on simple programming logic, ideally within an HRIS or ATS system.
- Knowledge of Boolean search logic and advanced passive-talent sourcing techniques.
