Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Deals Associate to support clients through mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuations, strategic transactions, and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality financial and commercial insights that enable clients to make informed investment and transaction decisions.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of industries, clients, and complex business transactions, providing an excellent platform for professional growth in the deals advisory space.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
• Prepare deliverables
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
• Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA /MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers
• Strong leadership, teamwork and client servicing skills
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written English
