Role SummaryAs a Full-Stack Developer, you'll design, develop, deploy, and support client-facing web applications and digital experiences that serve our customers and business partners. Working alongside experienced developers in an agile environment, you'll build responsive, accessible, and reliable applications while expanding your expertise in modern web technologies and cloud platforms.
Key Accountabilities
Design and develop responsive, client-facing web applications, websites, and digital services that deliver an exceptional user experience.
Build clean, maintainable code using modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based frameworks.
Develop and support applications using technologies such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, SQL, and related development tools.
Create intuitive user interfaces, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that balance usability, accessibility, and visual design.
Test, debug, document, and deploy application enhancements while ensuring reliability and quality.
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Leverage cloud technologies and modern development practices to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Ensure applications function seamlessly across browsers, devices, and computing platforms using responsive web design best practices.
Education & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience developing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
Experience building responsive, user-centered web applications.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors, and JavaScript.
Experience developing applications using C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technologies.
Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
Preferred
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience creating REST APIs or integrating web services.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with modern build tools and front-end development workflows.
