The HR Professional will be based at the Cheonan site and support HR operations and employee programs across all Korea locations. This role will provide local HR support in compliance coordination, employee support, workforce reporting, onboarding, training, engagement activities, HR documentation, and site HR administration.
This position will help strengthen HR operational stability, improve employee service quality, support growing compliance and audit requirements, and create greater capacity for employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across Korea.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations, workforce reporting, and employee data management across Korea sites.
Coordinate compliance documentation, government reporting, labor inspections, and customer audit support.
Serve as a local point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, HR systems, and HR processes.
Support HR communications, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement programs, CARE, clubs, ERGs, and other HR activities.
Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, employee communications, and process governance
Support contingent workforce administration, including contractor onboarding, contract management, payroll coordination, and vendor communication.
Partner with HR, HRDSC, site leaders, Manufacturing, EHS, Finance, and other functions to improve HR service quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-through skills.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential employee information.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow as an HR professional.
Preferred
2–3 years of HR experience
Experience with Workday
Experience in a manufacturing environment
