Shipping and Receiving Administrator

Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We’re searching for a friendly and well-organized Shipping and Receiving Administrator to join our growing team. The Shipping and Receiving Administrator duties include coordinating pick-ups and deliveries, working inbound cases into the technician's workflow and invoicing completed cases in preparation for delivery to dental offices.  Shipping and Receiving Administrator Duties & Responsibilities: Receiving physical inbound cases and creating work tickets Receiving digital cases from communication portals Packing outbound cases Invoicing cases Communicating with dental offices Answering phones Shipping and Receiving Administrator Requirements: GED or high school diploma Dental terminology/knowledge is an asset Telephone etiquette is important Outstanding organizational abilities Outstanding customer service abilities Strong attention to detail Benefits   Health and dental insurance    Life insurance  Paid time off   Wellness Program  Optional pension program    Employee assistance program   Health and wellness spending account Hallmark has been a member of the dental community for over 45 years.
