Location: Miami, FL (Coral Gables) Hybrid: Minimum 3 days/week in office

The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution of The Salty’s social channels, bringing our launches, partnerships, stores, products, and personality to life in a way that feels current, creative, and unmistakably us. This person should be deeply online, highly organized, and comfortable creating strong organic content in real time. You don’t need to be a professional photographer, but you must have a sharp eye for what works on social and know how to capture elevated, trend‑aware content on an iPhone.
This role is based in Miami with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in our Coral Gables office.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other priority platforms.
- Capture and create organic, social‑first content for launches, menu drops, partnerships, events, in‑store moments, and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling.
- Write and publish captions, stories, reels, TikToks, and community‑facing messaging in The Salty voice.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, story execution, comment moderation, DMs, and community management.
- Support collaborations and partnerships through content capture, creator gifting coordination, social deliverables, and event support.
- Identify and execute trend‑responsive, culturally relevant, platform‑native content opportunities.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Director to turn launches and campaigns into timely, cohesive social content.
- Track and report on content performance, engagement, follower growth, saves/shares, and learnings.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and social best practices.
- Comfortable shooting and editing iPhone content that feels organic, elevated, and on‑brand.
- Strong copy instincts and ability to write in a brand voice.
- Organized, fast‑moving, and excited by hospitality, food, culture, and community.
