Project Info
Sydney Water's Wilton Integrated Servicing Program delivers new drinking water, recycled water and wastewater infrastructure to support the growing Wilton region. ACCIONA is the delivery partner for key works, including the upgrade of the Wilton Water Resource Recovery Facility and new reservoirs and pipelines. The program will support up to 15,000 new homes by 2047. It's a rare chance to help build the backbone of a new community.
About Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Contracts Administrator manages commercial and contractual activities across the Wilton project. You will oversee head contract obligations, subcontract packages, variations and claims, working closely with project managers, engineers and finance to protect commercial outcomes. You will maintain contract documentation, manage subcontractor tendering and negotiation, and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations throughout delivery.
Key accountabilities for the position will be:
Manage head contract obligations and notices
Prepare and negotiate subcontract packages
Coordinate subcontractor tendering and recommendations
Assess and agree progress claims and EOT claims
Track variations and manage change control
Ensure subcontractor compliance with insurance and statutory requirements
Report on contract status and commercial risk
Required Skills and Competencies
Tertiary qualification in construction law, quantity surveying or engineering
Strong experience in contracts administration on infrastructure projects
Sound knowledge of the Security of Payment Act and related legislation
Proven ability to manage subcontractor claims and variations
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
