- Open and close the fitness center each day as required
- Book, change and cancel appointments using our Point of Sale (JONAS) system
- Greet everyone who enters and leaves fitness center facilities
- Provide detailed descriptions of professional services, treatments, packages, facility features and hours of operation, on-going programming, promotions and other fitness related items
- Handle member and guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by Members and guests
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Able to work with and without direct supervision
- Must be a team player; Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment

- Able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in hospitality and retail desirable
