As an Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for leading promotion of Axi products through influencers and KOL.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

• Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
• Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and performance summaries to communicate campaign outcomes and insights.
• Manage and control advertising budgets.
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, deliverables, and responsibilities, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and aligned with business priorities.
• Proactively communicate progress, collaborate across teams, and escalate risks or issues that may impact delivery, quality, or compliance.
• Ensure all work adheres to established brand, compliance, and marketing governance standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and reliability, and undertake any additional responsibilities as required to support evolving business needs. 

Are you the one?

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, KOL management or a related field.
• Experience in forex, CFDs, fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, relationship management, negotiations, and budgets.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms, social analytics, affiliate tools, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of how influencer marketing drives customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and brand growth.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional and global teams.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, self-driven, and comfortable representing a regulated financial services brand.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
