The role:
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating when required.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, and IT equipment.
Support telecommunications systems, including LAN/WAN networks, phones, and video conferencing tools.
Assist users with IT tools, applications, and day-to-day technical queries.
Manage IT requests and support the procurement of telecommunications and technology solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
Support IT projects, including system implementation, testing, and user training.
Develop and improve IT processes to enhance business efficiency.
Provide support for web-based applications, databases (SQL and Access), and local business systems.
Who you are:
Recently graduated from Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Passionate about technology and eager to learn about IT support, infrastructure, and business systems.
A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
