YOUR MISSION
Support the development and execution of mid/long-term sustainable growth plans in line with regional product directives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, maintain, and optimize product assortments
Coordinate the Footwear Merchandising process and support the delivery of optimized assortments by division and region
Review assortments and provide recommendations to improve product efficiency, sell-through and market opportunities
Apply global tools and processes to ensure efficient ways of working and consistent business practices
Contribute to the implementation of global merchandising strategy by supporting regional objectives, KPIs and divisional execution
Support accurate forecasting processes and timely input in line with agreed deadlines and targets
Monitor in-season product performance and translate regional consumer, competitor, and customer insights into future merchandising input
Manage and support market/account facing milestone meetings.
YOUR TALENT
College/University degree with a focus on Business, Merchandising or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in Global, Wholesale, Retail, digital/e-com go-to-market, merchandising, planning, and/or buying, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Passion for sports, fashion, and consumer trends
Collaborative teammate who embraces change, is comfortable with ambiguity and continuously looks for ways to improve ways of working and business outcomes
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations; fluent in English
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while working with a variety of stakeholders
Strong aptitude for data and analysis, including data capture, reporting, interpretation, and practical application, with strong attention to detail
Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders.
