YOUR MISSION
- Own and maintain the seasonal GTM master calendar, defining all stage gates, milestones, and supporting task required to deliver seasonal product, marketing, and commercial objectives on time
- Gather and integrate inputs from Merchandising, Marketing, Commercial, Product, Sourcing, and Sample Management to build a realistic calendar reflecting milestones, lead times, and constraints
- Identify seasonal overlaps, workload peaks, and cross-functional bottlenecks, proactively driving alignment and trade-off decisions to maintain a feasible timeline
- Define the appropriate sequencing and level of stakeholder involvement, distinguishing key calendar co-creators from teams primarily receiving timeline updates
- Schedule and facilitate critical stage-gate meetings, ensuring stakeholder participation, preparedness, clear decisions, and agreed next steps
- Ensure clear ownership and accountability for all deliverables, monitoring adherence to agreed timelines across functions
- Continuously improve calendar governance, processes, tools, reporting, and dashboarding to enhance time-to-market, process maturity, and real-time risk visibility for leadership
- Represent the GTM calendar process in leadership forums and partner with Sample Management and Sourcing to align product creation, sample delivery, and production lead times.
YOUR TALENT
- 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven experience in sportswear, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle brands, ideally within international and consumer-driven organizations
- Strong understanding of merchandising, product creation, sourcing, design, marketing, and commercial processes
- ownership of seasonal GTM calendars, product creation milestones, and planning processes
- Ability to drive projects independently while aligning multiple stakeholders across functions
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of wholesale, retail, and e-commerce business models
- University degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience is considered an asset
