Job Description:
** 2 days per week in office.
The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for validating new product features and production fixes, designing and executing functional and integration testing, identifying software defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases. The role also supports test automation initiatives, defect analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and executing testing strategies across the software development lifecycle.
Analyze business requirements and customer workflows to identify functional gaps, edge cases, and potential product risks before implementation.
Create, maintain, and execute test cases while ensuring complete testing documentation, execution evidence, traceability, and defect management in TestRail and Jira
Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and manual testing for web and mobile applications.
Support production issue investigations by reproducing reported defects, validating existing issues, assessing customer impact, and documenting findings
Perform isolation testing and conduct root cause analysis for our web and mobile applications as needed.
Effectively and efficiently keep up with the testing workload to have testing activities complete in time for release.
Support test automation initiatives by identifying automation candidates, reviewing automated coverage, and collaborating with the Automation team.
Communicate intended behavior to technical and non-technical audiences.
Active participation across all Scrum ceremonies.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test design, analysis, documentation, and overall QA productivity.
Qualifications:
Advanced English level.
Experience in Quality Assurance, within an Agile environment.
Experience with agile testing tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins and TestRail or any related.
Experience in regression testing, exploratory testing, and API testing (using Postman or similar tools).
Firm understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Documentation writing skills with experience in writing test cases and test plans.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience using AI-assisted development or testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) is a plus.
