No insurance license? No problem. We provide paid training and will help you earn your California Property and Casualty License.

What You'll Do:
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverages, and protection options.
- Build lasting customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
- Conduct value-based sales conversations that help customers make informed decisions.
- Make outbound calls to generate new business and follow up with prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum of one year of sales experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new customers.
- Confident, personable, and professional.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
- Coachable and eager to learn in a structured, high-performance environment.
- Outside sales experience is a plus but not required.
