Main Assignments:

• Business partner for other functions (e.g., production, sales, purchasing)
• Preparation of financial analyses and variance analyses, and identification of opportunities for optimization
• Goal-oriented and engaging presentation of information for management to support corporate governance
• Analysis of key business metrics and preparation of meaningful reports for senior management
• Development and refinement of management reports and KPI dashboards
• Ensuring data quality and transparency in reporting

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of accounting and management accounting, including reporting, forecasting, and investment planning

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and analytical thinking.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position at a manufacturing company.

• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, reliability, and flexibility

• Experience with SAP applications is a plus

• Good communication skills in German and English and a passion for working in an international team
