(Junior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Berlin Prenzlauer-Berg, we are looking to have you on-board as our new:

(Junior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You will take ownership of the day-to-day setup, structure maintenance, and optimization of our campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising across our European markets.
• You will audit account settings to ensure flawless technical compliance and zero budget waste.
• You will work hand-in-hand with our internal brand and design teams to regularly implement fresh ad copy, update visual assets, and adapt creatives across Search, PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube. 
• You will pull routine performance data and prepare clean reports and data visualizations for internal teams to keep everyone aligned on campaign health. 
• You will support the team by setting up platform A/B tests and assisting in the evaluation of new native platform features, including AI-driven campaign elements. 

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed studies in business, economics or communication/media - or an equivalent apprenticeship/training with appropriate work experience
• You have at least 2 years of hands-on operational experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Search, PMax, Demand Gen). You genuinely enjoy the daily execution of campaign building, search term auditing, and account hygiene. Please note: Paid Social/Meta-only profiles will not be considered). 
• You possess strong Excel skills and are comfortable diving into spreadsheets to clean data sets, analyze numbers, and build clear, functional reports. Additional familiarity with Google Ads Scripts, Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio), SQL, or Python is a strong plus. 
• You leverage Generative AI tools as an efficient everyday asset to streamline copywriting workflows, brainstorm creative variations, and maximize platform efficiency. 
• You are a collaborative, proactive team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and adapts easily to a dynamic operational routine with changing daily priorities. 
• You are proficient in English, additional knowledge of German is considered a plus.
