Talent Acquisition Specialist (KONE Business Services) - Maternity cover

Are you passionate about finding top talent and creating an exceptional candidate experience? Join our international team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and take part in shaping the future of KONE in the Eastern Europe & Mediterranean region.

In this role, you'll primarily focus on recruitment for our KONE Business Services (KBS) unit in Bratislava, while also supporting Front Line hiring activities across other EEM locations. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions that align with KONE’s business goals and enhance our employer brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of positions

• Identify and apply the best sourcing strategies and tools

• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives

• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey

• Build talent pools for future hiring needs and critical roles

• Leverage recruitment tools like Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media

• Cooperate with universities and support internship and trainee programs

• Drive continuous improvement through participation in TA projects and initiatives

Your Profile:

• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates; end-to-end recruitment is a strong plus

• Strong command of English and Slovak (spoken and written)

• Additional language skills (e.g., Greek, Romanian) are an asset

• Solid analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and platforms

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Self-motivated, independent, and customer-focused approach

• Previous experience in SSC/BPO recruitment or collaboration with educational institutions is a plus

We offer you the basic salary starting from 2300 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
