Working closely with VP, Training and Education and the rest of the Training team, the intern will help plan, record, edit, and publish updated short-form training videos so that Vestmark's PTE Online Help video library accurately reflects the new UI. - Use screen-capture and video-editing tools to produce polished, consistent videos, including trimming, adding callouts/annotations, voiceover syncing, and captions.
- Work with the Training team to prioritize which videos to tackle first, based on product area priority (e.g., commonly used monitors, trading workflows, account management) and upcoming client upgrades to UI.
Required Skills and Experience
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in a field such as Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software (e.g., Camtasia or similar tools); comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent, professional-looking video content.

Desired Skills
- Prior coursework or hands-on experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, or similar editing software.
- Interest in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS products.
Experience with instructional design principles or e-learning content development
