Customer Service Representative
Lehi, UT | Full-Time, In-Person
Looking for a role where your work truly makes an impact? Ardent Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our fast-paced transportation operations. In this role, you’ll be at the center of daily freight movement—solving problems, communicating across teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and carrier partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Track and trace daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Accurately document shipment updates, exceptions, and issues
- Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to maintain smooth operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and timely problem resolution
