We currently have an opportunity for a Associate Manager of Digital Content at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.  The role is hybrid Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Manager of Digital Content you will have an opportunity to lead the continuous optimization of digital content across retailer eCommerce sites, brand websites, social media, and emerging AI-powered search experiences. Working closely with Content Analysts, Brand Teams, Creative Production, and agency partners, you will transform performance insights into strategic optimization plans that improve product discoverability, consumer engagement, and conversion.  This role combines analytics, creativity, experimentation, and AI-driven innovation to ensure our content remains accurate, effective, and aligned with evolving consumer behaviors, retailer expectations, and AI search best practices.

Digital Content Strategy

• Develop and execute content optimization strategies across retailer product pages, brand websites, and other digital consumer touchpoints.
• Translate insights and recommendations from Content Analysts into prioritized optimization roadmaps that improve engagement, conversion, and content effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate content performance using analytics, digital shelf metrics, consumer behaviors, search trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Manage optimization initiatives across multiple brands and retailers, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term content strategy objectives.

Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Lead A/B testing, image effectiveness testing, and other test-and-learn initiatives to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor emerging eCommerce, AI search, and consumer experience trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Brand & Creative Partnership

• Partner with Brand Teams and Creative Production teams to develop and implement optimized content experiences, including imagery, video, copy, enhanced content, and other digital assets.
• Support website content enhancements and optimization initiatives through partnership with internal teams, external agencies, and CMS platforms.

AI & Digital Innovation

• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content optimization, content creation, workflow efficiency, and performance analysis.
• Own AI search optimization initiatives for assigned brands, working with agency partners to develop strategies that improve authority, accuracy, discoverability, and relevance across AI-powered search platforms.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Required

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, working with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience effectively leading content production projects, with a proven record of delivering assets on time and on budget.
• Passion for the evolving digital landscape and an interest in learning new technologies.

Posted Salary Range

USD $85,600.00 - USD $120,900.00 /A

Bonus Eligibility

Role is eligible for 5% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
