You'll spend your days supporting customers across Greater London, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring our products are performing at their best. If you're self-motivated, enjoy meeting new people, and take pride in fixing things, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: WD, AL, LU, SG, MK postcodes- please note to apply, you must live in one of the above postcodes.
Hours: 40 per week, rolling 5 days out of 7 

We're currently looking for technicians to cover the WD, AL, LU,SG, MK postcode areas, working a rolling 5 out of 7 day pattern.

What You'll Do

• Install, service, and repair gaming and betting terminals across customer sites.

• Complete new venue installations to the highest standards.  

• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond quickly to service requests.  

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.  

• Coordinate equipment removals and upgrades when required.  

• Build strong relationships with customers, providing clear updates and operational guidance.  

• Accurately record service visits, maintenance activities, and customer feedback.  

• Travel across your designated region, managing your daily schedule effectively. 

What You'll Bring

• A genuine interest in technology and troubleshooting.  

• Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating with a wide range of people.  

• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.  

• Good organisation and time management skills.  

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent service.  

• A full UK driving licence.  

• Experience in IT, electronics, engineering, maintenance, delivery, or another field-based role would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
