Join our team as a Business Process Expert BPM Business Support (F/M) based in Tunis and play a key role in optimizing and supporting business processes across the organization, helping drive operational excellence and innovation in support of our mission of better health for more people.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
- Act as process expert for end-to-end Customer Engagement and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Analyze, standardize and continuously optimize business processes across global stakeholders.
- Support business users as key contact for process and system topics (ERP/CRM).
- Drive process improvements, automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Support system changes, releases and projects including requirements definition, testing and training.
- Monitor process performance and KPIs and contribute to BPM governance and documentation.
What will convince us
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Process Management, Customer Engagement or Order-to-Cash (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash processes including Order Handling, Pricing, and Incident Management.
- Experience in process modeling, optimization and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to automation, AI-driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
