• Do you have at least 5 years of experience managing installation projects, such as elevators, automation and control systems, hydraulic installations, CCTV, or construction projects?
• Do you have hands-on experience working on construction sites?
• Do you have a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Industrial, Civil, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering?
• Are you fluent in English?
• Are you familiar with SAP and MS Project?

As our Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of elevator and escalator installation projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for translating commercial and technical requirements into clear, structured execution plans while ensuring projects meet their scope, timeline, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

In this role, you will plan and coordinate installation activities, ensuring commitments to customers are delivered on time and in line with expectations. You’ll monitor project costs, resources, installation quality, and safety requirements, proactively identifying risks and minimizing deviations and rework to protect project profitability.

You’ll work closely with technical teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers, bringing all stakeholders together to resolve issues, anticipate risks, and keep the project moving forward. Your leadership will be essential to ensuring an efficient execution and the successful delivery and commissioning of the equipment.
