To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager located in Zalaegerszeg. 

Reporting to the Program Manager the Project Manager role involves support the development and implementation of projects to deliver value to the business and its customers. 

What a typical day looks like: 

• Planning and controlling of the projects, with specific consideration of customer requirements and internal goals (quality, volume, timelines, cost) 

• Ensure that staff with proper capabilities and practice are available in the required number   

• Coordinate the activities of different departments in course of the project    

• Technical Lead of the internal Customer Focus Team                          

• Coordinate communication and implementation of projects between Flex and customers            

• Follow and report project status 

• Support of the Program Manager to run the program     

• Prepare project budget if required                         

The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 

• University or College degree preferably in a technical field 

• Proven track record in project management 

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills 

• Advanced in English and Hungarian languages (both written and spoken) 

• Agile, self-driven and determined attitude
• Professional knowledge related to the requirements of the ISMS standard
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (official criminal record certificate)
