Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and deployment activities, ensuring that the applications function as intended and provide value to the users. Continuous improvement and adaptation to changing business needs will be a key focus, as you strive to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the applications you work on.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Analyze and assess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Experience with data integration and management tools.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
