Description
Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Overtime: As needed based on business needs.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire.
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, and threading operations.
- Work with CNC equipment such as Samsung, HAAS, Puma, or Mazak.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
- Machine parts according to required dimensions and tolerances.
- Load programs and make G-code and M-code edits as needed.
- Work with Fanuc, Mazatrol, or HAAS controls.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
- Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges to verify accuracy.
- Install and set up three- and four-jaw chucks.
- Select tooling and carbide inserts and set proper tool offsets.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
- 3+ years of CNC lathe machining experience required.
- CNC lathe setup experience required.
- Ability to independently set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes.
- Strong blueprint and engineering drawing reading skills.
- Experience working with precision tolerances.
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Ability to perform basic CNC program edits.
- HAAS or Fanuc control experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality and safe machining practices.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.

- Industrial noise levels requiring participation in a hearing conservation program.
- Ability to safely lift 25–50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and remain active throughout the scheduled shift.
- Hands-on work around CNC machinery and industrial equipment.
