Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and operational activities
• Recruit, develop, and manage sales and production teams
• Drive revenue growth and profitability
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
• Lead sales meetings, coaching sessions, and team development
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences from sale to installation
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Phoenix market
• Create a culture of accountability, urgency, and success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or General Management experience
• Proven track record of driving revenue and team performance
• Experience managing sales organizations preferred
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, or in-home sales experience is a plus
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and retain top talent
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
