Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician I plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of building systems and facilities. This position focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks and providing support to senior technicians on more complex repairs and projects. Under supervision, the Maintenance Technician I contributes to basic repairs and maintenance while gaining hands-on experience and developing skills for advanced responsibilities.
Action is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Clocktower Lofts located in San Francisco.
Compensation: $33.00- $35.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday; 7:00 AM-3:30 PM + On-Call
