As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our tenants and contribute to their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor the health status of residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Support and educate residents and their families on healthcare issues
- Perform assessments, maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa
- Experience working with elderly populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
