About the role
Based out of our Sydney HQ, the Sales Manager plays a key role in helping Splend hit and exceed its sales and growth targets. Leading a team of 11 phone-based Sales Consultants across VIC and NSW, you'll deploy strategies, training and insights to help the team succeed, while helping execute the Splend Global Excellence Sales program across Australia. We're looking for someone with big ambitions and a genuine interest in building an effective and scalable sales platform to help us achieve our goals.
