About the Role

The Digital Creator and Designer plays a vital role in shaping the visual and digital identity of the brand and its clients. This role combines creativity with innovation — merging design, video, web, and AI to produce engaging, high-performing digital content. You’ll collaborate with marketing strategists and creative teams to turn ideas into impactful visuals, streamline production using cutting-edge tools, and continuously test and refine creative outputs for maximum results.

Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT)

Work set-up: Remote

 

What you’ll do

• Design eye-catching graphics, webpages, and digital experiences aligned with brand and campaign goals.

• Create and edit videos for social media, web, and digital ads using modern video tools.

• Leverage AI platforms to enhance design quality, speed up workflows, and explore new creative approaches.

• Build and optimize landing pages or funnels using tools like HighLevel, Webflow, or similar platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling creative executions.

• Experiment with new design technologies and share insights to improve team efficiency and innovation.

 

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of proven experience in digital design, multimedia content creation, or creative marketing.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (or similar design tools).

• Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, Hedra, or Runway.

• Familiarity with web and funnel builders like HighLevel, WordPress, Webflow, or ClickFunnels.

• Interest or experience in AI-powered tools (Midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, D-ID).

• A strong sense of visual design, storytelling, and brand consistency.

• Creative curiosity — you’re constantly exploring, learning, and improving.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications:

• A creative problem solver who gets energized by making things better — not just prettier.

• Naturally curious and always testing new tools, especially AI, to improve both speed and quality.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take the lead on creative direction.

• Able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing impact.

• Passionate about the future of marketing, design, and technology.
