Job Responsibilities:
- Replenish refreshments when required
- Escort / Coordinate with caterers for setup / tear down
- Oversee the use of the coffee machine (including top up of coffee beans / milk and washing coffee machine)
- Offering drinks & pastries to partners during lunch / tea break
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Able to commit fully on 27 & 28 October (Tuesday & Wednesday)
- Timing: 8.30am - 6.30pm (both days)
- Friendly, adaptable and proactive
