Business Development Manager - BPO (Remote, Night Shift, Karachi, Remittance Salary)

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Strong experience specifically within the BPO or Call Center industry.
• Established relationships and a strong network of BPO owners and key decision-makers.
• Proven track record of acquiring B2B clients and successfully closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and pitching technology solutions.
• Experience working across 4–5+ BPOs or call centers in senior Sales, Business Development, or managerial roles.
• Previous experience as a BPO Founder, Co-Founder, or Owner.
• Experience with Medicare, Final Expense, or other US-focused BPO campaigns.
• Strong network among BPO owners, founders, and senior management in Karachi and Lahore.
• Experience selling call-center technology, AI solutions, SaaS, dialers, CRM, or other BPO-related solutions.
• An existing book of BPO industry relationships that can be converted into potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach BPOs, call centers, and relevant businesses across Karachi and Lahore.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
• Build direct connections with BPO Owners, Founders, CEOs, Directors, and Operations Heads.
• Understand clients' call-center operations and identify opportunities where AI Calling Agents can add value.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with BPO clients.
• Expand the BPO client network and continuously grow the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
