Job Description/Responsibilities

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you'll lead daily production operations, develop frontline employees, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that make a measurable impact. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong safety culture, improve processes, and help deliver high-quality products while supporting a growing operation. What You'll Do

• Lead and support production team members to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and service goals are achieved.
• Coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow, and manage raw material availability to meet operational demands.
• Champion plant safety programs, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects across the operation.
• Coach, develop, and provide regular performance feedback to team members to support engagement and growth.
• Analyze production performance and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and overall operational results.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

 

Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment.

Preferred

• Experience administering or supporting workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives.
• Experience within the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related manufacturing industries.
• Previous lab/quality related experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

The annual salary range for this role is $70,665-$105,998. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
