**Building the Distribution Infrastructure for Private Markets**

Privatize is headquartered at the Marienturm in Frankfurt am Main. We connect private banks, wealth managers, family offices and insurers with leading global Private Markets managers such as BlackRock, Carlyle, J.P. Morgan and Ares. Our technology serves as the "Home for Private Markets" and is used by advisors, portfolio managers and product managers in their daily client business.

## Aufgaben

**Objective of the Role**

You have spent your first years in strategy consulting, investment banking, M&A advisory or venture capital and now want to move from supporting decisions to shaping them?

As Corporate Development Manager, you work directly with our leadership team on the topics that drive Privatize forward: strategic projects, commercial models with our partners and the financial steering of the company. You take ownership from day one and see the impact of your work immediately.

Part of the role is to build our finance and operations backbone. We do this AI-first: your job is to set up processes once, cleanly and automated.

**Your Responsibilities**

Strategy & Commercial

• Drive strategic projects together with the leadership team, from analysis to decision paper
• Develop and evaluate commercial models and pricing for partnerships with asset managers and wealth institutions
• Conduct market, competitor and business case analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare materials for management, shareholders and other internal and external stakeholders

Finance & Steering

• Own and further develop our financial model, including budgets, forecasts and liquidity planning
• Define, track and interpret KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for management
• Build dashboards and reportings for data-driven decision-making

AI-first Operations

• Design and automate our finance and administrative processes using AI tools and modern software
• Support monthly and annual closings in collaboration with our external accounting
• Ensure the quality of our data basis and continuously improve internal processes

## Qualifikation

**What We Are Looking For**

• Degree in business, finance, economics or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience in M&A, investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction services, venture capital or a comparable environment
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and solid financial modelling in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to condense complex topics into clear recommendations and presentations
• Hands-on mentality: you take ownership of operational topics as well – and find ways to automate them
• Strong interest in AI tools and their practical use in day-to-day work
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
