District Photo Inc. is hiring Seasonal Production Workers for our Phoenix manufacturing facility!

Our busiest season of the year is approaching, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people who are ready to join a fast-paced production team.

We have multiple departments and schedules available, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities.

Pay

$17.50 per hour

This is a seasonal position supporting our busy holiday production season. Plenty of hours may be available during peak production.

Calendars / Cards / Puzzles

A Shift – Days

• Monday–Thursday
• 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
• May flex up to 12 hours as production needs increase

B Shift – Evenings/Nights

• Monday–Thursday
• 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
• May flex up to 12 hours as production needs increase

C Shift – Weekend Days

• Friday–Sunday
• 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

D Shift

• Monday–Thursday
• 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
• May flex up to 12 hours as production needs increase

Books / Pressroom

A Shift – Days

• Monday–Thursday
• 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
• May flex up to 12 hours as production needs increase

B Shift – Nights

• Sunday–Wednesday
• 5:00 PM–3:00 AM
• May flex up to 12 hours as production needs increase

C Shift

• Monday–Thursday
• 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
• May flex up to 12 hours as production needs increase

D Shift – Nights

• Sunday–Wednesday
• 5:00 PM–3:00 AM
• May flex up to 12 hours as production needs increase

Requirements

IMPORTANT – Peak Season Schedule Changes

Our production schedules will change as we enter the busiest part of our holiday season.

Beginning in November, many positions will transition to 12-hour shifts, and some departments will move to 3-day/4-day rotating schedules.

Candidates must be willing and able to:

• Work their assigned shift consistently
• Work up to 12-hour shifts during peak season
• Work overtime when required
• Work weekends depending upon their assigned department and shift
• Adjust to peak-season schedule changes
• Commit to completing the seasonal assignment

• Have dependable and consistent attendance
• Can work in a fast-paced production environment
• Are comfortable standing and working for extended periods
• Can follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work well as part of a team
• Are willing to learn new jobs, equipment, and processes
• Can work their complete assigned seasonal schedule
• Are flexible regarding overtime and extended shifts during peak production

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, printing, fulfillment, machine operation, or production experience is helpful, but it is not required for every position.
