About the role
People are at the heart of everything we do at Aviva. We're looking for an experienced People Business Partner who will work closely with leaders to drive business success through great people decisions. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide strategic HR partnership, support organisational change, strengthen leadership capability, and help create an engaging employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions while shaping a high-performing and inclusive culture.

What will you be doing?
Partnering with leaders to provide strategic people advice aligned with business objectives.
Coaching managers on performance, engagement, development, and complex people matters.
Leading and advising on employee relations cases and employment law matters.
Supporting organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Driving change and transformation programmes across the business.
Identifying people-related risks and using data and insights to support decision-making.
Promoting a positive employee experience and strong organisational culture.
Driving continuous improvement and innovation within People practices, including the adoption of new technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or a similar HR advisory role.
Strong knowledge of Polish labour law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Experience providing guidance and support to managers on people-related matters.
Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and change management principles.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Polish, both spoken and written.
Professional English language skills (minimum B2 level).
Ability to use data and insights to support people-related decision-making.
Experience working within a complex, matrix organisation will be an advantage.
Degree or equivalent qualification related to Human Resources or a relevant field.
