DevOps Engineer – Investment Technology (SG/HK)

Join a highly engineering-driven global financial services environment as a hands-on DevOps Engineer, supporting critical production infrastructure across APAC.

This is a strong opportunity for a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer who enjoys working close to engineering teams, automating infrastructure, improving reliability and supporting business-critical systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build, maintain and improve AWS cloud infrastructure supporting critical production systems
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes / EKS environments
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform
• Implement and manage CI/CD and GitOps workflows, including ArgoCD
• Build monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus and related tools
• Troubleshoot production infrastructure, participate in incident response and drive root-cause analysis
• Automate operational processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code
• Work closely with developers and global technology teams across APAC and the US
• Support infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability and capacity optimization

Requirements

• 5 yrs experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and strong Kubernetes / EKS experience in production environments
• Hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience
• Experience with CI/CD, preferably Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar
• Experience with ArgoCD / GitOps
• Good knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus or similar observability platforms
• Strong Linux and scripting skills, preferably Python or Bash
• Experience supporting business-critical / production systems
• Comfortable troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and working independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Financial services, trading or investment technology experience
• Low-latency / performance-sensitive infrastructure experience
• CPU pinning, NUMA, bare-metal or colocation experience
• Infrastructure performance tuning
• Experience working across global / distributed technology teams
