Senior Process Engineer

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Senior Process Engineer at Atotech (China) Chemicals Ltd, you will partner with Internal Teams, Sales Support Teams, Customers, etc. to responsible for Sales& Customer service, In this role, you will report to the Account Manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:

1.Familiar with the PCB manufacturing process and the technology of our company's products, and able to provide technical support to the technicians and engineers of our clients.​

2. Be able to provide suggestions for setting and changing process parameters for the customer's production process, monitor the quality status in real time, and propose solutions when necessary to help troubleshoot and prevent customer complaints and claims.

3.Assist in training the client's technical personnel to familiarize them with the application methods of our products.

4. Be sensitive to customers' needs, report them to the supervisor in a timely manner, and seize sales opportunities.

5.Maintain smooth daily communication with clients and partners, and complete the collection, organization, analysis and reporting of sales data.

6.Establish harmonious working relationships with all personnel of the client and develop good working habits.

• Travel Requirements: Up to 50 % of Travel is required.

Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years of related experience
• 3+ years of related experience

• Familiarity with English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Preferred Skills: (Optional)
• Master titration analysis in laboratory tests and be capable of operating common analytical instruments.
• Understand the various quality standards of PCBs, as well as the inspection methods and procedures.
• Proficient in applying statistical analysis methods.
