Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Driver Security Inspections in Warren, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
