Clear Choice Remodeling is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Bath to lead and support our bathroom remodeling operations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a bathroom remodeling professional who understands every aspect of the installation process, from demolition through final completion.
What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and project timelines.
• Support and mentor bath installation crews to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections to maintain company standards.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, installation teams, and company leadership.
• Maintain safety standards and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct, hands-on bathroom remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of bath and shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, and finish work.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Experience reading measurements, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead crews and earn respect through industry knowledge and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience overseeing installation teams or serving as a lead installer.
• Experience in residential remodeling, bathroom renovations, or bath replacement systems.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and production management processes.
