We are seeking an experienced Product Test Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for semiconductor test program development, test hardware design and verification, product characterization, failure analysis, reliability test support, and mass production yield improvement. You will work closely with test houses, research and development teams, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional engineering organizations to ensure product quality, test coverage, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and maintain semiconductor test programs for new product introduction and mass production.

• Define, design, and verify test hardware, including probe cards, load boards, sockets, and related test interfaces.

• Develop and optimize test methodologies and test flows to improve test coverage, efficiency, and product quality.

• Perform failure analysis and identify root causes of product, test, and manufacturing issues.

• Analyze test data and drive yield improvement through systematic problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

• Execute product characterization analysis across voltage, frequency, temperature, and process conditions.

• Support reliability testing, including test planning, execution, data analysis, and issue resolution.

• Monitor and maintain mass production yield, test quality, and product performance.

• Collaborate with test houses and manufacturing partners to resolve production issues and improve test capability.

• Work closely with R&D, design, validation, quality, and operations teams to support product development and production ramp.

• Prepare test reports, characterization results, failure analysis summaries, and yield improvement recommendations.

• Support new product introduction, test release, production ramp-up, and ongoing product quality management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience operating semiconductor automatic test equipment, such as:

• Advantest 93K

• Credence D10/DX

• Teradyne UltraFlex

• Solid understanding of semiconductor test methodologies and test flows.

• Experience with test program development, debugging, and production support.

• Experience with failure analysis, characterization, or yield improvement.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IC product testing, wafer sort, final test, or system-level test for 5 to 9 years or above.

• Experience designing and verifying test hardware, including probe cards, load boards, sockets, and interface boards.

• Proficiency in test data analysis and statistical analysis.

• Experience with semiconductor characterization and corner analysis.

• Experience supporting reliability testing and qualification activities.

• Experience with mass production yield monitoring and improvement.

• Familiarity with test data analysis tools, statistical methods, and data visualization.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with test houses, R&D teams, manufacturing partners, and suppliers.

• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed engineering environment.

• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
