Service Appointment Coordinator / Business Development Center Representative
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Service BDC team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Pay
- $18 per hour plus monthly bonuses
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Fixed bi-weekly rotating schedule, including every other weekend
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication regarding service appointments
- Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments efficiently
- Review vehicle history, open recalls, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
- Educate customers on recommended services and available maintenance options
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication
- Maintain strong communication with dealership staff to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Confident phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills (Customer Relationship Management experience is a plus!)
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and follow processes
- Adaptable, positive, coachable attitude and team-player mindset
- Comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment while listening carefully to the customers concerns and needs
- Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or automotive industry
