We are looking to hire the Marketing Manager for Protein Portfolio. Protein products are one of the fastest growing categories in all of the grocery store. PepsiCo Canada has a strong portfolio of brands and big aspirations for growth in these categories.

 

A leader and influencer, this role will build a strategic vision for the portfolio, set the agenda and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results. As a motivator and coach, the Marketing Manager will lead one direct report to drive the overall agenda for the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Positively influence organization to drive focus and momentum behind energy portfolio to solidify share growth for PepsiCo Protein portfolio
• Lead the strategic planning and execution for our protein portfolio within the context of our total corporate strategic plan
• Independently lead cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution of innovation and initiatives at retail
• Work closely with US/Global Marketing teams to identify areas of future growth
• Lead IAT teams and maintain strong agency relationships
• Liaise with key partners (FOBOs, ACL, Field Sales & Key Account teams) to leverage DSD capability and optimize programs
• Deliver volume & NR commitments across protein portfolio
• Monitor portfolio performance on a period basis to proactively identify course corrections and/or new opportunities
• Effectively manage A&M budget
• Build team capability and challenge processes for efficiency & effectiveness
• Manage, motivate, coach and develop direct reports

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing
• Demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing others
• Strong conception and fundamental strategic thinking skills
