About the role

As a Reservations Agent, you are the first connection many guests have with Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo. You will provide exceptional service, inspire confidence, and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the booking journey.

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional guest service through phone and email interactions.

• Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings through personalized service.

• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy.

• Coordinate VIP stays, special occasions, multi-room bookings, and customized itineraries.

• Arrange private aviation, airport transportation, and pre-arrival logistics in partnership with aviation providers and resort teams.

• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details.

• Provide expert knowledge of accommodations, dining, golf, wellness, transportation, and resort experiences.

• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through thoughtful upselling.

• Ensure compliance with reservation policies, payment requirements, and cancellation guidelines.

• Collaborate with Guest Experience, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless arrivals.

• Build lasting relationships with guests and travel advisors while representing the Four Seasons brand.

What you bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury hotel reservations, front office, or guest services.

• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.

• Outstanding communication and telephone etiquette.

• Strong sales, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs
