JLL is looking for a Workplace Coordinator to support our Integrated Facilities Management team, working closely with the Facilities Manager across day-to-day site operations, vendor coordination, health & safety, and finance administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being the go-to person who keeps a building — and the people in it — running safely and efficiently. You'll play a key role in coordinating both Hard and Soft FM services while supporting sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives on site. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy working across finance, operations, and stakeholder management, this role offers a strong foundation for a career in facilities and workplace management.

What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent day-to-day service to on-site clients and stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for workplace needs
• Coordinate and monitor contractors and vendors to ensure work is delivered to agreed quality and safety standards, including on-site inspections
• Support procurement processes for vendors, materials, equipment, and supplies
• Manage purchase orders and support accurate, timely financial administration (including systems such as JDE)
• Conduct regular safety audits and support the implementation of health & safety procedures on site
• Coordinate Hard FM services (M&E, HVAC, Fire Safety, BMS) and Soft FM services (cleaning, security, reception, mailroom, catering, waste management, pest control) through service providers
• Liaise with landlords, managing agents, and shared service providers on building operations, access, planned works, and shutdowns
• Track utility consumption and support sustainability, waste reduction, and environmental reporting initiatives
• Maintain accurate compliance records, asset registers, and service documentation, and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs
• Support risk management, business continuity planning, and incident escalation in line with JLL's guidelines

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in facilities, property, or hospitality management, with a hands-on, service-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Resilience and composure under pressure, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
• A self-starter attitude with the confidence to work independently and take ownership
• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around compliance and documentation
• Clear communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, landlords, and internal teams
• An interest in sustainability and environmental best practice within workplace operations
• Basic familiarity with technical building systems (CRAC, chillers, fire protection, M&E, BMS) is a plus
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach paired with the flexibility to adapt to changing site needs
