Your impact

• Join PwC’s Financial Services Strategy & Transformation practice in Zurich and support leading Financial Services institutions in addressing their most important business and transformation challenges.
• Take ownership of project workstreams and help clients solve complex problems by analysing situations, structuring issues, developing recommendations and driving implementation.
• Quickly develop expertise in new topics, business areas and technologies, becoming a trusted contributor on a broad range of strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with clients and project teams to deliver tangible outcomes, taking responsibility for project management, stakeholder coordination and day-to-day delivery.
• Lead smaller project teams and support senior stakeholders in managing complex transformation programmes, strategic initiatives and business-critical projects.
• Collaborate across PwC’s broader consulting practice to bring together business, technology and transformation expertise and deliver integrated solutions.
• Support business development activities through market research, proposal preparation, RfP responses, client presentations and thought leadership initiatives.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to identify innovative solutions, enhance delivery approaches and create tangible value for our clients, while continuously expanding your own capabilities and expertise.

• Advice our Financial Services clients across the full value chain and asset classes including portfolio management and the underlying technology platforms.
• Support our clients to successfully manage their strategy & transformations projects.
• Become part of a team that operates strongly in an interdisciplinary environment within PwC. You will be using and building bridges to our fellow teams that work at the technological edge in big data analysis, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation.

Your skill set

• Excellent university degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Financial Services, ideally complemented by experience in management consulting serving Financial Services clients.
• Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, including products, services, operating models and key business processes across banking, capital markets, wealth management and asset management.
• Proven experience delivering projects or leading workstreams within strategic, operational or technology-enabled transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar topics, structure complex challenges and develop pragmatic, outcome-oriented solutions.
• A self-starter with a high level of ownership, curiosity and learning agility, capable of independently driving topics from problem identification through to implementation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, with the ability and willingness to learn, experiment and apply innovative tools and approaches to solve business challenges and create tangible value for clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop clear analyses, recommendations and executive-level materials.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage and additional languages, such as French, are welcome.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
