Overview

Group1 Toyota of Danvers is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail.  We are looking to add a qualified Sales Business Development Center Agent to our team. With our state-of-the-art facility, unbeatable work environment, and industry-leading compensation, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive and reach new heights in your career.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads (phone, Internet) and direct to appropriate contact
• Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
• Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
• Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
• Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
• Outstanding Customer Service

Qualifications

• Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet
• Familiarity with automotive financing

• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

• High School Diploma or equivalent

The anticipated pay for the position ranges from $15 - $30 an hour based on a number of variables.
