Job Summary:
Serves as the team's subject matter expert for complex leave administration, compliance oversight, and operational support. Ensures consistent application of federal, state, and local leave laws while driving process improvements, resource material management, and Workday support to reduce organizational risk and enhance service delivery.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates the delivery of leave of absence/disability with benefit vendor(s).
Supports the HR Business Partners, leaders and employees with communication and other administrative support for leave of absence/disability programs.
Leads and supports projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery.
Works with human resources information systems to implement and/or revise leave/disability interfaces.
Assists with development and maintenance of leave/disability related policies, procedures, communications, and educational resources.
Participates in the development of employee benefit policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
EXPERIENCE
Three years experience
Experience in leave of absence administration, disability management, and overall benefits administration
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
Rare climbing.
