Essential Cabinetry is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry Specialist to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and process customer orders into the company’s order management system
- Verify order details, specifications, and pricing to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Maintain organized records of customer orders and related documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies or issues as they arise
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or a related role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cabinetry or home improvement products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is advantageous
